Faux News at the Controls

According to this Reuters report, Fox News is going to be at the controls of the cameras for this first debate. What does that mean? That means if they break the rules on reaction shots, guess who it's going to benefit...

As I consider myself a bit of an expert on this subject, why not just send to feed to all 5 networks and let them each switch their own version of the video? It's really not that hard - one set of cameras can feed many trucks.
