So Drunk that I Kissed a Republican...

Champaigne is very bad. Very very bad. It's ALWAYS makes me sick. From this day forth, I shall never drink champaigne again.

I got so drunk last night that I kissed a Republican. In my defense, she was very attractive. Later on we sang God Bless America together, and I said "We all love our Country, Democrats AND Republicans!!!"

I was wasted. I'm quite embarassed.

I can't believe I kissed a Republican...

What a weird way to start the new year.

Happy 2006!

I suspect it's my job as an older sister to find all of this very cute (which I do.) If it's any consolation, I dated a former republican for a while, and, um, I've kissed several tenors. They're *almost* as evil as republicans.

Besides, I *like* the song God Bless America. It was written by a nice Jewish boy (sort of. Berlin assimilated completely, and raised his kids as indeterminate protestants.) Why should it be the purview of wacky right-wingers only? Also, Barack Obama, who is far cooler than either of us, gave a whole speech exactly on those lines (the ones of your drunken ramblings, that is.)

*giggles* I can picture the whole scene right now...

And hey, at least you only *kissed* a republican... ;-)
