The Tyranny of the Park Police!!!
Some of you may remember when I received a ticket from the Park Police for drinking a beer on the Mall. It was extremely difficult to get it paid - there was nowhere to mail it, and the stations listed on the ticket were wrong. When I ended up paying it, it ended up being a part of a first date (long story...)
Well it looks like I'm not the only one who has ticket troubles with the Park Police.
